Diet for Different Health Diseases

There are several foods which exaggerate some diseases on their consumption, at the same time there are some food items whose consumption helps to prevent several chronic diseases. Heart Diseases:
Heart diseases are mainly caused due to excess intake of the fats which are converted in to cholesterol which blocks the blood vessel and causes heart strokes. A healthy diet chart with an adequate amount of high fiber foods and lower fats prevents the heart diseases.

Obesity:
Obesity is caused due to excess intake if the calories. This can be prevented by taking a diet which is low in fats and high in fibers.

Hypertension:
Hypertension is also referred as high blood pressure is a cardiac chronic medical condition in which the systemic arterial blood pressure is elevated. Diet for patients suffering from high blood pressure should include high levels of fiber and low levels of sodium and salt.

Tuberculosis:
Tuberculosis is caused by the bacteria and it is an infection of the respiratory system. The diet for TB should include milk and milk products. Bitter gourd is known to be beneficial for tuberculosis patients.

Every disease has a disease curing diet, hence this should be followed in order to control or prevent the diseases.
